- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of purchase.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Accessories (including wristpacks) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after the 5-day window.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification confirming its arrival and the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
- Contact your bank (refunds can take a few days to post).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
